Returns & Refunds
At NISHVA, all products are made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Personal preference
👉 Please check size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will offer a free replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The print is defective
- You receive the wrong item
To request this:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email: nishva.co@gmail.com
- Include clear photos of the issue
Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, we will:
- Issue a replacement OR
- Process a refund to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
- After that, production begins and cancellation is not possible
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
